1. Eligibility: Nestle Nature’s Bounty® Women Who Shine Daily Challenge Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (“Entrant”). Void where prohibited. No purchase necessary to enter the Sweepstakes. Employees of NHS, U.S., LLC (“Sponsor”), Brandmovers, Inc. (“Administrator”), and/or any of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, or any other company or individual involved with the design, production execution or distribution of the Sweepstakes (collectively with Sponsor, the "Sweepstakes Entities") and their immediate family (spouse, parents and step-parents, siblings and step-siblings, and children and step-children and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members of each such employee, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
2. Sweepstakes Period: TThe Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on March 1, 2024, and ends at 11:59:59 AM ET on March 31, 2024 (the "Sweepstakes Period").
3. How to Enter. Once registered, each Entrant will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Each subsequent visit to the Website, Entrants will see the Women Who Shine Daily game board (the “Game Board”). The Game Board contains a series of six (6) boxes, each featuring a task to complete. Entrants must follow the prompts on-screen and, upon successful completion of each task, will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes random drawing. The tasks are: (1) Register; (2) Survey; (3) Promo Code; (4) Social Follow; (5) Refer-A-Friend and (6) Upload Receipt.
   Each task can only be completed once and an Entrant can only earn one (1) entry per task during the Promotion Period, for a maximum of six (6) entries into the Sweepstakes via this entry method. The email address entered into the “refer a friend” field must be valid and can only be used once (1) per entrant during the promotion. There is no limit on the number of friends that can be referred. However, for the avoidance of doubt, entrants can only receive one (1) entry, regardless of how many referrals are submitted. Entrants should only invite people they know and who they think would want to receive the invitation – no spamming. Additionally, Entrants will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes random drawing each time an Entrant plays the weekly Instant Win Game (as set forth below), for a maximum of four (4) entries into the Sweepstakes via this entry method.

   PLEASE NOTE: For the Receipt Upload task, during the Promotion Period, Entrants can purchase a Nature’s Bounty® Hair, Skin and Nails product during the Promotion Period (each a “Qualifying Purchase”), then visit the Website, and select the Receipt Upload task box. Then, entrants can upload a photo of the receipt showing the Qualifying Purchase, and the date on which the Qualifying Purchase was made. A receipt must be dated during the Promotion Period. Any receipt can only be submitted one time. Receipts and photos of receipts cannot be sold, bartered, or traded. Any receipt or photo of receipt obtained by unauthorized or illegitimate means, or which has been altered or modified, as determined by Sponsor, its sole discretion will be void and Entrant will not receive an entry for such submission. Be sure to keep your original receipt as Sponsor reserves the right to require proof of actual purchase. Photos of receipts must be in an image file (.jpg, .png, etc) and less than 5 MB in size, must be in focus/readable, and the receipt may not be wrinkled, skewed or crumpled. Once a receipt(s) is uploaded, Entrant will receive an email within 24 hours indicating the status of the receipt and confirming entry into the Sweepstakes random drawing. All entries must be submitted by 11:59:59 PM ET on March 31, 2024 to be eligible for the Sweepstakes random drawing.

   TO RECEIVE RECEIPT UPLOAD ENTRIES INTO THE SWEEPSTAKES WITHOUT MAKING A PURCHASE To receive Receipt Upload entries without making a Qualifying Purchase, Entrants can handprint their complete name, street address, city, state, zip code, email address and telephone number on a 3” x 5” card/paper and mail in a first-class stamped envelope to: Women Who Shine Daily Challenge, c/o Brandmovers, Inc. PO BOX 1807 Clayton, GA 30525. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by March 31, 2024 and received by April 8, 2024. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per stamped, outer envelope and five (5) total mail-in entries per Entrant for the entire Promotion Period. Mechanical reproductions and stamped entries will not be accepted. The Promotion Entities are not responsible for lost, late, postage-due, mutilated, stolen or misdirected mailing of any mail-in entries.

How to Play the Instant Win Game(s): Each Week during the Promotion Period, Entrants can play the Instant Win Game by spinning the Spin To Win wheel featured on the Website. Once an Entrant spins the wheel, a message will appear on-screen. If the message says that Entrant is not a winner, then Entrant will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes random drawing. If the message says “Congratulations!”, then Entrant is the winner of an Instant Win prize (an “Instant Winner”) and will receive the prize described on-screen (subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules), as well as receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes random drawing. Instant Winner Prizes will be described on screen as a Gift Card. Limit one (1) Instant Win play per Entrant per Week. Instant Win plays must be completed by 11:59:59 PM ET each Saturday during the Promotion Period, or by 11:59:59 PM ET on Sunday, March 31, 2024 to play for the applicable Week’s Instant Win game. Each Instant Winner will receive an email from Sponsor or Administrator in approximately one (1) hour from when the Instant Win message appeared on-screen. The email will contain an Instant Win prize description and instructions on how to receive their prize. Each Instant Winner will receive their Instant Win prize via email, or through the United States Postal Service (depending on the prize, as explained in the winner confirmation email).

ALL ENTRIES, REGARDLESS OF METHOD OF ENTRY, WILL BE REFERRED TO HEREIN AS AN “ENTRY” OR “ENTRIES.” LIMIT TEN (10) TOTAL SWEEPSTAKES ENTRIES PER ENTRANT REGARDLESS OF METHOD OF ENTRY (I.E., ONLINE ENTRIES OR MAIL METHOD OF ENTRY).: f more than the stated Entry limit is received from the same person, home address, telephone number and/or email address for any entry method, then the Entries may, at Administrator’s or Sponsor’s discretion, be disqualified. Entrants are prohibited from using more than one email address or multiple identities. If it is found or suspected that an entrant is using more than one email address or multiple identities to participate in the Sweepstakes, then that entrant, in Administrator’s or Sponsor’s discretion, may be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, damaged, destroyed, forged, false, lost, late or misdirected, deceptive, postage-due, illegible, or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes at Sponsor’s and Administrator’s discretion. Entries generated by a script, computer programs, macro, programmed, robotic or other automated means are void and may be disqualified. Entries received through any tampering (cheating), or foul play will render that entrant ineligible to receive any prize(s) and may result in entrant no longer being allowed to enter Sponsor’s other promotions in the future, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Subsequent attempts made by the same individual to submit multiple Entries by using multiple or false contact information or otherwise may be disqualified. The Promotion Entities are not responsible for technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, the malfunctioning of any wireless network, telephone, computer, computer network, hardware or software or the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service. The Promotion Entities are not responsible for electronic communications that are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind, or insufficient space in entrant's device to receive messages. Those who do not follow all of the instructions, provide the required information in their Entry form, or abide by these Official Rules or other instructions of Sponsor and Administrator may be disqualified. All materials submitted become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Illegible and/or incomplete Entries and Entries submitted by entrants who do not meet the eligibility requirements (including all requirements with respect to age and residence) are void. In the event of a dispute as to any Entry, the Authorized Account Holder of the email address used to register for Entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. The “Authorized Account Holder” is the natural person who is assigned an account by the Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning such accounts or the account associated with the submitted email address. The potential winners may be required to show proof of being the Authorized Account Holder.

Sweepstakes Drawing/Winner Notification: On or about April 8, 2024, Administrator will randomly select one potential (1) grand prize winner (“Grand Prize Winner”), five (5) first place winners (“First Place Winner”), ten (10) second place winners (“Second Place Winner”) and twenty (20) third place winners (“Third Place Winner”) from among all eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period. Winners are considered “potential” winners pending verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Administrator will make two (2) attempts within a twenty-four (24) hour period to notify the potential Winners at the email address submitted at the time of Registration. Potential winners must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification. Failure of potential Grand Prize Winner to respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification may result in disqualification and an alternate potential Winner may be selected. Potential Winners will be required to sign a winner’s agreement and release (“Winner Release”) and return it by the date specified in Administrator’s notification, or Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety and another potential Winners may be selected. The Winners will also be required to execute and return an IRS Form W-9 (and will receive a subsequent 1099 IRS Form for the actual retail value of the Prizes) along with a Winner Release and any other documentation that Sponsor and Administrator may require and return it by the date specified by Sponsor or Administrator in the notification, or Prizes may be forfeited in their entirety and another potential Winner may be selected. If potential Winners are found not to be eligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, or if prize notification or Prize is returned as undeliverable, potential Winners may be disqualified and alternate potential Winners will be selected. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for any change of email address or phone number of any entrant. Sponsor and Administrator’s decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of the potential Winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Only three (3) alternate Winners will be selected, after which the Prizes shall remain unawarded. Prizes will be awarded only if the potential Winners fully comply with these Official rules.

Selection of Instant Win Game Winners: There will be two hundred (200) random, computer-generated winning times during the Promotion Period. Each Instant Winner will be determined by a randomly populated time-stamp table. If you are the first player to play the Instant Win Game at or after one of the randomly generated times, you will be a potential Instant Winner of the prize indicated. If any potential Instant Winner cannot be contacted or fails to provide any other requested information within the required time period, then the potential Instant Winner forfeits the prize. If any potential Instant Winner cannot be contacted or if a prize is returned as undeliverable, potential Instant Winner will forfeit the prize. For purposes of this Promotion, a day shall begin at 12:00:00 AM ET and end at 11:59:59 PM ET each day during the Promotion Period. Odds of being an Instant Winner depend on the time of day the Instant Win game is played and the number of Instant Win prizes remaining available, and the number of eligible Instant Win Game plays received. The number of prizes available to be won will diminish as they are awarded. Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. Administrator is an independent judging organization whose decisions as to the administration and operation of the Instant Win Game(s) and the selection of potential Instant Winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Instant Win Game(s). Unclaimed Instant Win prizes will not be awarded.

4. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): Sweepstakes Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize

   $1,000 awarded in the form of a check; a Dyson AirWrap® and a one-year supply of Nature’s Bounty® Hair, Skin and Nails. ARV: $1,500.00. (5) First Prizes – TheraFace Pro® and a one-year supply of Nature’s Bounty® Hair, Skin and Nails. ARV: $500.00 each. Ten (10) Second Prizes – An Influencer Bundle, which includes a Stanley® tumbler, eye masks, a silk pillowcase and Nature’s Bounty® Hair, Skin and Nails. ARV: $200.00 each. Twenty (20) Third Prizes – UV-Free Gel Nail Polish Kit. ARV: $50.00 each. Two-hundred (200) Instant Win Prizes – A $10.00 Amazon® e-gift card. ARV: $10.00 each. The total for all Grand Prizes is $9,000.00.

   General Prize Conditions and Restrictions: Prizes are not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash value. All federal, state and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. No cash redemptions. No substitutions of prize, except Sponsor may substitute a prize, or portion thereof, for one of equal or greater value at Sponsor’s sole discretion. 5. Entry Conditions and Release: By entering, each entrant agrees to release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a participant's entry, creation of an entry or submission of an entry, participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance or use or misuse of prize (including any travel or activity-related thereto) and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of entry.
6. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health of other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction or if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) award the Prizes and any unclaimed prize in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received for the Sweepstakes as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. Entrant further agrees and acknowledges that Sponsor reserves the right to forfeit or award any unclaimed or leftover Prize at its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other Sweepstakes or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner and void all associated entries, game plays, and/or prizes claims. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
7. Limitations of Liability: The Sweepstakes Entities as set forth above are not responsible for: (1) for late, lost, jumbled, garbled, misdirected, delayed, incomplete, incorrect, or inaccurate entries, game plays, prize claims, email, mail, or other communications of any kind, whether caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes or by any human error; (2) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (3) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (4) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (5) technical, network, mechanical, typographical, human or other error or problem which may occur in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, errors or problems which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries, game plays or prize claims, the announcement of the prizes, or in any Sweepstakes-related materials; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize (including any travel or activity-related thereto). If for any reason an entry I or game play s confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant's sole remedy is another entry or game play in the Sweepstakes, provided that the Sweepstakes has not been terminated.
8. Disputes/Governing Law: Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, other than those concerning the administration of the Sweepstakes or the determination of Winners or for any disputes arising from the loss or injury from the participation in a Prize, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any disputes arising out of these Official Rules (except for any disputes arising from the loss or injury from the use of Prizes) shall be submitted to final, binding arbitration conducted in the State of New Jersey under the Arbitration Rules and Procedures of the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services Inc. before a single, neutral arbitrator who shall follow New Jersey law and the Federal Rules of Evidence and have no authority to award punitive damages. Either party may enforce a final arbitration award in any court of competent jurisdiction in the state of New Jersey, including an award of costs, fees and expenses incurred in enforcing the award. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Released Parties shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief (unless otherwise precluded by any other provision of these Official Rules) in the state and federal courts of the state of New Jersey. Any dispute or portion thereof, or any claim for a particular form of relief (not otherwise precluded by any other provision of these Official Rules), that may not be arbitrated pursuant to applicable state or federal law may be heard only in a court of competent jurisdiction in the state of New Jersey; (iii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of- pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iv) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out- of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New Jersey, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of New Jersey or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New Jersey.
9. Data Collection: Information collected from entrants in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at https://www.nestlehealthscience.us/info/privacy.
